just pulled my 305 out of a 1996 chevy 1500. can i go the a carburater? can i stroke it? what are your suggestions on making this a better engine this working with my new 4l60 e trans?

My concern with later model stuff is emissions conformity. If you have to go thru emissions annually, you need to know what those rules are.
