Re: What did you work on today?

For the last month I've been back building three R/C planes.

I want to get them done before spring when I'll get back on my vehicular Toys.

I sure do need to get back on the house. There's going to be a large list of things to do.

Fix outside lights, Fix automatic sprinkler system, Put up small horse corrals, the training round
pen and a larger workout area. that's just the tip.... LOL

Re: What did you work on today?

LOVE your shop, Lakeroadster! That old bicycle on the shelf is sweet.

Mark, wind mills of any size aren't too common around here, but I am pretty much fascinated by them. Cool you're repairing this one.

Re: What did you work on today?

Yesterday I got out my '72 manuals and reviewed all my reference photos for the electrical connectors. Today, I'll resume work under the dash for all the wiring. When there is progress worth reporting, I'll take some photos.

Re: What did you work on today?

here are a couple that I have been doing small stuff to make them air worthy again.

this is one of the new ones. it will have a twin cylinder engine in it..

this is my biplane I had a small ground impact a couple of years back.

the blue and white plane is a cap 232. a very acrobatic aircraft. it has over a 6 ft. wingspan. the other one without a wing is Cody's trainer. the yellow wings go to the yellow one above.

here's the biplane without covering. It's on the board being covered as I type.

I have a couple of more I need to start working on, One's a 92" wingspan.... better to see in the sky..

Re: What did you work on today?

thanks guys.

John, they do make a clear see through covering, and, they make it in colors also. but man, you're work has to be so neat and exact every cut of balsa has to be the exact angles, etc. to show it off under that covering
