350 Tranny

Just bought it in July.. I'm very happy with it, just can't drive it since it is 900 miles away in Anchorage. I had it shipped to Anchorage from Oregon. My sunshine driver.
And another beautiful stepper! My wife lived in Anchorage back in the early '70s. She has tried to talk me into moving up there for 36 years now but I keep telling her that we are way north as it is, we don't need to be any further north! Actually we watch about any Alaska TV show that comes on and it is the most spectacular area in the world.

We need more pics!

Usually people are buying trucks in California and having shipped to the rustier parts of the country! That's a great story and family connection. Two of my GMCs are longtime family members. One since 1971 and another since 1979.

Oh wow. Beautiful. Is that a nose of a twin on the left in the last picture?

Re: post a picture of your truck

It's a 8 inch Skyjacker, with 35 inch tires. It stands about 7'2 or so.

I think the other in the picture is a blazer. The guy I bought this from, had a blazer and another truck he was working on. When I got there to look at the truck, the blazer was gone.
