EZ Wire

On a side note: This EZ Wire system is a joke. I have spent hours online searching for answers. The amount of hits that mirror my confusion are endless. Forums from every type have a section where someone is asking the same questions I am. The tech support is a waste of time. I've emailed the main guy, M. Souza, and his responses are one line answers that help about as much as a third lip. If I had the money, I'd rip this system out and use Painless or American Autowire.

I agree with this statement 100%.

My first wiring harness was a Painless (made for my truck)and came with great directions and good support. The other was a Speedway Motors universal harness that came with good directions. I can not comment on the Speedway Support because I did not use it.

Difference in price for the Painless and Speedway was a little over 500.00 bucks.

Re: EZ Wire

I really don't like making a negative public statement about something unless I am qualified to make a judgement. Although the instructions are very hard to decipher, I think I better understand the purpose of this kit, not that I'm about done.

This is a Hod Rod update kit. There are no connectors b/c this kit is customizable. I also think, if a person does research, they would know this isn't an amature kit. You have to know more than the average guy about wiring.

Having the guy to email was actually helpful. When I read back through them all, his answers were pretty simple, but they said all they needed to.
