We are from the government and we are here to help.

Latest word is the international shipping container that they placed The Orange Crate into has been seized for inspection by...

US Customs Agents

Lets hope they don't turn it into a full size "re-assemble it yourself kit" for it's new owner.

And we pulled the plug on mountain home #1, but we do have a contract on mountain home alternate #1, pending sale of high plains current home here in Fracktown.

Wow! I can't believe how seeing the pics of the truck being loaded made me want to cry! But, that's pretty neat about the new place. You did good.

What's the deal with the container? Is your buyer suspected of something?

Re: For Sale: Lakeroadster's 1965 C10 Hot Rod Truck

Nearly everything that ships overseas, on a ship, goes in a container, basically a semi trailer without the wheels, so that's S.O.P. (Also a good thing to keep the salt spray off of stuff).

My understanding is US Customs does random searches, and there is other stuff in the container so maybe something else is suspicious.

Maybe the US Customs Beagle wanted to take a ride in that cool ole Chevy?
