Well thanks to my brother FOR GIVING IT TO ME. I was able to add a refrigerator today to the garage.
I had to think of a clever place to put it so the door was never blocked and it was very easy to get to.
Blink then the light came on  !!!! Did a little shelf cutting to make it fit. Then a little 2" angle iron on top to anchor it to the wall.. Vola
It even holds a small amount of ICE !!!
First A/C now a Refrigerator whats next???????? HotTub ???? :giggle:
I am loving it.

You guys (and gals) won't believe what I found today. I had to go to the greater Phoenix area for a couple of non-truck related activities, but I took my 71 Longhorn, and my friend Chris. While I was sick last spring, Chris went to Phoenix and picked up my Dana 60 (3:54) rear end and the guy it came from introduced him to someone else who sold me a solid steering column. We went back there today, and, with out unnecessary details........this place is unbelievable! a row of doors, a row of bed sides, a stack of grills and grill surrounds, fenders, inner fenders, core supports, cowls, steering columns. a couple cabs, hoods....you name it, they have it, They are friendly and will talk trucks all day long. Their stuff is rust free, and reasonably priced. I bought a new cowl for my truck, painted the same color, with no rust or bondo...........15 bucks. I'm sure I left parts off the list, but it's late. Chris took pictures and will e-mail them to me......so I'll forward to Ron and he can share with all. I've got their e-mail address, and can post it and invite them to join..........what do you guys think?

OH I see said the blind man! A 700r4 is 27 spline It will fit a 205 with a spacer plate . I have seen them for 50$ on evil bay .;

What did you ever decide on the cam shaft for your big block

Oh and please post us some pics of your truck and chevelles We like those here to ok

Oh I think chuck Hanson wears a hairpiece But i like him anyways

lol

Got layed off last Nov, right after buying this nice garage (no more dirt driveways in the snow) and it came with a house for the girlfriend, so $$$ has been a big issue.

The 67 came with a married 205 t-case. I picked up an automatic 205 T-case so "someday" the 700r4 is probably the way I'll go, as well as a disc brake front end and a posi.

As far as the cam, Ive been looking at some "thrifty" brands. I think I'll go with a tighter LSA to keep up my cylinder pressure up.
Elgin E1796PM
.533/.533 282/282 226/226 108LC rated 1600-5600 $109.95 cam/lifters or
Howards120941 310/310 224/224 525/525 111LC rated1800-5400 $97.95 cam only
Anybody have any other ideas?

I posted some new pictures of the 67 and the ElCamino in my profile. My dream is to make a COPO style 427 4-speed car out of the ElCamino but that may be a few years down the road.

As far as Chuck Hansen goes, he and Stacy David are my favorite "car guys" and if he needs a little more hair I'd be happy to lend him some of mine, I have extra.

The info is optional but its kinda nice to know a little about the people you are interacting with. Maybe we could give members a place in their profile to tell about themselves. I would especially like a location where the person I'm talking to lives. On "the other site" it's included with your "handle" and join date in each post. A location is more than just the "Kool to know" factor, its also helpful in other ways. Altitude is an important factor in tuning carbs and a location would let someone see how different parts of the country (world?) are doing things.

Mazda is really good about one thing, They include everything cool in the Speed 3 package. I had to special order this one and it should be here this week.

I'll post some pics when it comes in... Granted it's not a new Charger or Mustang Cobra GT. But 276 HP 243 watt Amp with 10 Bose speakers 6 spd. manual and full performance chassis and suspension with full body fairings and hood plus Car and Drivers Car of the year. all at $24,000 (I Dealt them down from $29,000) The U.S. manufactures just can"t can't compare
