I, wanting to save $100.00, was going to order their Digital read out for bags. $179.00 for the digital readout, mounting bracket, 4 rocker switches and -5- sending units.. Dakota Digital has this set up but more money.

Pretty good price..

I Emailed the company "Joe" himself, Asking if I could purchase the unit minus the Mounting bracket and rocker switches plus Could I get the mounting dimensions for the digital readout. I received an answer Yes it can be broken up and I'll get with you on the measurements.

In between somehow I got on Joes (I assume) inner office email list? I got emails from Joe to his staff, with discussions on my Question. I brought this to Joe's attention and he apologized but still no answer on my questions.

3 days have come and went so I emailed joe again,

This is the email I sent him.
Hey Joe,

Don't mean to be a jerk but if I can't get an answer on a price how can I expect customer service??

Can I get a price on this? I'm looking at the Dakota digital also..

Ron,

This product is online, and the price is on line. Please advise me how I got you upset. I see no trail of you asking for a price. Also, I would bet you that no one else would respond to your emails the way we do, so please be kind and point out specifically what I did to upset you.
The Link: http://www.airbagit.com/v/vspfiles/p...ital_PAGE.html
So as you see I upset Joe, "Kinda meant to wanted to get his attention" But still no dimensions or price breakdown..

Guess he's too busy to worry about a couple of hundred dollar sale....

As a previous business owner (retired now) I wouldn't have been upset, I would have seen we dropped the ball somewhere and did what I could for a future and hopefully lifetime customer..

:ssshhh:Hey, can anyone tell me if this is a fuel filter? It's from the 350 in my S-10. It was running awesome coming home on the interstate. When I slowed down and had low rpm's, it just died. I had to floor it to start and as long as I kept the rpm's high, it ran. Anyway, if this is the fuel filter, I thougth I'd change that first. Thanks guys. Later.

I have been trying to give some barn cats away, ppl. just don't want a free kittens ,now they are cats, and still don't want them. They are great cats, they earn they earn there keep. When we first moved in to our place , and i started using the barn, i wood go into a stall ,flip the lights on and the walls and ground would move form all the mice and rats running like roaches hiding form the light .
I tried traps, went threw alot of cheese then peanut butter ,that wasn't working ,they were eating they one that got caught , then finished off there meal with nice piece of cheese.Well with some luck we got a barncat from a friend, and was told "think she might be pregnent,so you might have a few more mousers on the way".I thought that was great i don't have to put down posion now,was worried other animals might get into a dead one that was posioned. i built a good little house for her and kept then in the loft ,everything went as planned we got them fixed ,no more cats , we had eight ,nice number everything is under control,no more mice and rats
Well at exactly at 5:40 one morning we were awoken by a lightning strike that shock the house and lite the bedroom up all at once,i scarmabbled looked out side we were good ,but sadly our neighrbors house was srtuck in the back part of the house ,fire department was called,we call them foundation savers out here in the sticks, and and i went over and everyone had gotten out ok, the old man had taken in to much smoke , he needed some oxygen ,they took him to the hospital,so i took pictures of what our fire department feverishly trying to save there house with no luck, i got some pics. in my profile of that
Never the less there cats took residence in our barn and made themselves at home , no biggy right ,wrong i forgot to get them fixed, now we have a over abundience of barncats,so i decided to use our good old craig list of Memphis under farm animals to give these jokers away, i got flagged i think i might have over embellish the wording alittle ,what do you think.
http://memphis.craigslist.org/grd/1624764540.html

:innocent:

well i got a good laugh

Hello all, very fresh to classic trucks. owned my truck for about a month now. I swapped the 3 on the tree with a turbo 350. unfortunately had a bad torque converter. so waiting on front pump gasket(wanted to inspect) in mail before i can finish up. i ordered a shift kit with the converter aswell. have some long tube headers, windshield and rear sliding window waiting to be installed aswell. man i noticed the list can be endless. which is way cool! Trying to keep it stock mostly. I have so much to learn and willing to do it. so i can accomplish it like it should be done where everyone will agree it's a nice truck! I am very impressed with everyones craftsmanship aswell.

It has been a while since I converted to a one wire system. and I just got a nice chrome one wire alternator. The starter is hoked up to the red wire coming out of the voltage regulator. Is this just where it is getting 12 v power or is it being regulated some how? I have another place to hook up the starter but did not want to fry it. Is this just the control wire for the solenoid?
